We stock ancient Hot, Cold and Neutral Extravasation kits where all of our chemo's are given. I honestly don't know much about them, but they are falling apart and we want to re-order them. The company they were purchased form was Chemo Safety Systems. I called the number on the box, and was told they sold their chemo division to Kendall over 10 years ago. I can't find any infomation on Kendall's website. Does anyone have any information about how to replace these kits or what you do at your facilities?
We recently purchased a Totec Extravasation Kit for our facility. We purchased it through ASD Healthcare. It was VERY expensive, but luckily it has a replacement policy for 6 years if the kit isn't used.
