Is anyone having issues getting Brand name Synthroid tablets? ASB doesnt have any and even the secondaries can't get them. Any ideas or rumors heard?

It seems like I had to backorder a couple this week and get a generic... That is through Cardinal. I didn't look into it any further however.

Cardinal appears to have all the strengths of Synthroid, but I know the dating is ridiculously short, especially on the strengths that don't come as unit dose. I packaged the 25mcg tabs yesterday that had a bottle expiration of June 1, 2008!!

We are looking at some of the other brand names and generics for pricing, availability, etc. to have P & T consider.
