I had the same question. In all the years I've been buying, I've never seen generic Tenormin IV.

I went back to do some digging, and I found a March 5 news release from ASHP that states that Tenormin(R) was discontinued by AstraZeneca, and that there are no generic products available.

The news release I had was dated February 28. I apologize if this caused and inconvenience.
