Novation our GPO has formal training that is offered once a year (in Texas, I think) and it is also for new directors.

The Novation "Program" in Texas is for new Novation members, Pharmacy directors thier buyers. I went to the last one, being a new Novation member myself, and they just basically go over the Novation contracts. It is not really a buyer training.
