Help,
Can anyone help me to understand Hospira's Recall on their potassium premix bolus bags.

Lot# 43-124-JT

Potassium cl 20meq 24x100ml NDC#00409707526
Lot# 43-125-JT

Cardinal Health list the reason for recall is
"The recall is in response to reports of primary containers labled as 20 meq Potassium Chloride Inj. containing 10 meq Potassium Chloride Inj.

So dose this mean wrong dose in the bag itself or just the outter bag beeing mislabed. Ofcourse we pulled the product regardless I just want to be clear with my paper work.
