We are not on perpetual inventory and I need ideas on a better way to order other than scanning every item every shelf every day!! I thought about putting green, yellow and red stickers on bins to classify priority but I know some of you have better ideas!! I would love to here from any and all of you!! Thank you!!
Depending on your wholesaler, they should be able to assist you putting together a viable system using colored shelf tags. Do you use any automation or dispensing cabinets? They can also move you in the right direction if you can pull reports from them.
