Yeah, actually any and all of that! Any delivery made to the pharmacy. We're looking for some kind of form to have people sign when they accept any kind of a delivery.
This will prevent an order coming in, and sitting around, and not getting put away, etc.
I thought somebody might have something they've been using that works well, instead of starting from scratch.

Most pharmacies don't have specific written policies regarding receipt of materials. It's usually who's not fast enough to duck out who gets picked. Your best bet is to assign a chain of responsibility whom to contact for deliveries in your absence (eg., you, the lead tech, the senior tech, etc.)
