He covers the various chapters that speak of their coming down and their not being able to ever return to their former home in the Third Heaven. So, when someone tells you that an angel can repent and be forgiven, they do not know of which they speak because The Almighty God of Heaven told Enoch that these Fallen Angels could never return and their ultimate end is the Abyss.

Let this be a warning to anyone that follows the false teaching of pastors who say that the Book of Enoch was not to be read. The truth of the matter is that these same pastors were told that lie by those in higher authority who did not want the common man to know who were their fathers. They did not want mankind to realize that they were the very off-spring of these Fallen Ones who would meet with the very same fate. And, these same ones who rule the world and the Vatican have an agenda in their hearts and that is to...somehow....be able to fulfill Satan's words in Isaiah 14:12-15.

How you are fallen from heaven, O Day Star, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, you who laid the nations low! You said in your heart, "I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit on the mount of assembly on the heights of Zaphon; I will ascend to the tops of the clouds, I will make myself like the Most High." But you are brought down to Sheol, to the depths of the Pit (Isaiah 14:12-15).

So, if you consider yourself a believer in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, perhaps it high time to read this book. And yes, there is the false Enoch (the off-spring of Cain, the son of Lucifer of the 3rd generation) whom also wrote his book; that would be the 2nd Book of Enoch and even the 3rd book. You will, soon, see the difference if you are familiar with the Bible in it's entirety.

For instance, you will learn by the description given to the Righteous Enoch that the Earth is not a round globe that revolves around the sun. It is just the opposite; The sun, moon and stars revolve around their assigned course over the earth.

Righteous Enoch was the 7th from Adam.
