We switched from EXP to Guaranteed Returns because my EXP rep suddenly quit and no one called me, so I switched out of necessity (meds were piling up.. BIG TIME!) but I feel like I'm not getting as much money back as I was with EXP, so I'm looking at possibly switching back if there is a local rep in my area again. My Guaranteed Returns rep is really nice, but money is money...

Diana I have used both EXP and Guaranteed Returns
(GRX).
For the first 12 years I used GRX Then got a new rep and had a couple of issues pop up. After many chances to correct error (which they did not) GRX forced me to make the change. My director wanted me to go to EXP. Had a bad experience with them, however they did final make amends. I'm currently with Pharma Logistics. At this point I have to say they have been doing a great job. I seem to get my credit's /checks faster. For the last two years I've been tring to get Pharma Logistics to come to the Las Vegas meeting. Feel free to call me if you have any questions 315-624-6609
