Who do you use for the OOD returns? We've used 2 different companies since I've been here, and I just had another one call me. We don't feel like either one we've used so far is maximizing what we should get back...

Who do you use and are you happy with them? Any help would be great!

I have used both EXP and MedTurns both are good. But now our hospital system of 44 hospitals has narrowed it down to one company and that is EXP.

We use EXP and I think they do a very nice job for us.

I use EXP also and think that they do a great job. If you have the time they have alot of information about the tracking of the return on there website. They also have went to the manufatures that normally don't take returns and talked them into making exceptions. I wouldnt change.

I have used EXP and GRX. I now use Pharma Logistics. They do a great job and I recommend they very highly.
