If you're purchasing it on inpatient DSH, it doesn't, and if you're purchasing 340B medications to replace inpatient meds used for an outpatient, they can be in a mixed inventory, BUT, if you buy it ahead of time, it has to be kept separate to ensure its not being used for an inpatient.
