I would love to end on Wed. but if we could get someone in to educate some of us on 340B a bit that would be my wish. I would also like to know if we could get any of the companies that sell the software for tracking out pt durg usage to give demos.

I agree. What I would like to know is the differences between the prices and what we as buyers can do for facility?
Does anyone know if we have to keep the medications separate if they are purchased on the Inpatient DSH?
If you're purchasing it on inpatient DSH, it doesn't, and if you're purchasing 340B medications to replace inpatient meds used for an outpatient, they can be in a mixed inventory, BUT, if you buy it ahead of time, it has to be kept separate to ensure its not being used for an inpatient.
