I am currently investigating the viability of setting up a Frequently Asked Questions section to our site. I'm asking for chatters input into whether this should be set up as a database of questions or answers where a chatter can search for the answer to a pre-determined question(downside to this is the original scripting of the database and also the limitation of the number of topics available) or would a forum type setup (such as this) be more suitable, therefore allowing all chatters to ask any related question and also allowing all chatters the option of providing an answer to the question (downside- some information or answers posted may not be totally correct or difficult to understand)
