I'm totally disenchanted by the "so called" new and improved Telstra Chat page. I recently tried to access fun.trivia from the chat page as I would expect new chatters would. It took me a minimum of 10 page loads to finally enter #fun.trivia. Thank goodness I have been around a couple of years and actually got there in 5 page loads (i didn't utilise the search option). I will be notifying telstra of my complaint and if others feel the same I suggest you also send a short email to Chatmaster.


The Hosts of #fun.trivia work hard to keep the room alive and it is rare that amongst nearly 300 rooms we are always within the top 15 and late at night usually in the top 8-10 rooms. Is this how trivia chatters expect to be treated by Telstra.
