Why Did You Start?
Simple question, why did you become a firefighter or an EMT or both? |

I started back in 1994. I just got done with a year of school at UW-Stout and decided that Graphic Arts/Desktop Publishing field wasn't for me. (Funny, seeing that's pretty much what I do now). My Dad was a Firefighter/EMT for Delton Fire and Lake Delton EMS. So, I decided that's what I wanted to do. Firefighting has been in my family for awhile so I figured it must be a prety good field. Now it's 2007 and I'm still involved with firefightinf in one form or another. Like I've heard many people say, it never leaves your blood. |
