Hey guys we are now officially open, we had a little permit hiccup when we first opened and had to close again for three days. My wife (Nicola) and I would like to thank everyone that has come to El Buen Vino for all their positive feedback and for those that have'nt yet come, come on by. We are a full bar but of course we are specializing in fine wines from around the world all stored in a temperature controlled wine room, and we will be adding more and more wines all the time. at the moment we are doing design your own cheese plates, brie quesadillas with a mango salsa, and a olive oil dip which has fresh garlic, and chile and dried herbs and olives, with warm bread which you get free when you order a bottle of wine. Next week we will be adding some nice pate and beef and ostrich carpaccio to the menu and a couple of other items. Eventually we plan to offer a extensive tapas menu, but all in good time. We have a really nice relaxing front patio and a back yard which is still a work in progress but should be finished soon which will be a lovely garden setting with chairs and tables and also will be a boutique nursery, so you can have a nice glass of wine and buy a plant as well. Also very soon we will be having different artists' work displayed in the bar which will be for sale.
