If you do not have your photos uploaded to the internet, then you need a place to put them. A very easy to use and free one is www.photobucket.com Sign up with a username and password. This gives you an album to keep your photos.When you sign in for the 1st time you will be told you have no photos in your album. Click on ADD Pictures and this screen comes up:
Now Browse to the folder where you have your photos stored on your computer, click the one you want and then click open.
Now click Submit, this will up load your photo to your album. UNDER YOUR PHOTO YOU WILL SEE 3 LINES OF CODE, URL, TAG, IMG.
Highlight, Tag, THE CENTER ONE by clicking it and right click to copy.
Paste this into your post here.As you can see I had highlighted the bowl of fruit and here is my pasted TAG line of code.
