Fellow Brothers and Sisters,

We have been in this for quite some time now. Most of the aspects that we once were thrilled about have now become common to us, yet we must remain motivated to progress. The same philosophy applies to life, even from a spiritual point of view. We as humans naturally become bored with things after a while yet most successes in life come from persistence and dedication. This behavior or mindstate can easily be damaging and limiting to us, but the answer and overall victory lies within. God has that answer for us and by simply inviting Him in and seeking Him, we can always be renewed.



God is doing a new thing, but even if He wasn't our renewal would be there. Apostle Paul once stated that he rejoices that he dies daily. The meat of that is that each day is a new day. This gives us hope and encouragement to face each day with a new confidence because all of our mistakes and regrets from the previous day are dead, gone and buried. The wisdom of the Bible tells us that weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning; that is no matter how sleepy we are. . It also teaches us about the glory of God. No matter how many times we go back and read His word, we can find new, motivating understandings, and no matter how many times we come before Him truely worshipping there is always something new. No matter what is going on in your life, good or bad, God always has something better.



So, "how does this affect me at work?" may be the question. Once we grasp the full understanding of the renewal of God, the renewal of ourselves in God, there is always a new reason to be excited and motivated in each aspect of our life, continually. We therefore can understand that each day, we have a new chance to do better, a new chance to excel, and a new chance to make a change in our circumstances and situations, without being held back or restricted by the negatives from yesterday. And no matter how boring it may get, how common things may become, the fire of the Holy Spirit will bring newness and excitement to the stalest days and the spirit of God will always be available to turn to no matter how difficult to overcome it becomes. Let us rejoice always in the Lord, not because we have to, but because we want to, and never again shall we have to go in need. God is....
