Message:		A rec squad is affiliated with a recreational league and usually cheers for some type of sport. An all star squad does not cheer for any sport and usually is affiliated with a gym. If you are able to start a squad you would probably be considered all star, unless the base has some sort of sports program for the kiddies. Good luck!!
