Message:   You can also just contact a local insurance agent for information. They may offer a "special events" coverage and can you give you a quote. They may request information such as how many people are attending, what types of activities the participants will be engaged in, how long the event lasts and whether participants are carrying their own coverage. How much it costs will depend on factors like that. You should also ask your facility if they have a minimum dollar amount they want you to carry in coverage. Good luck!
