Highly manipulative relationships and groups include battering relationships, cults, and many others which are more subtle and therefore harder to spot. Being a healthy hero is centered on the opposite -- becoming as autonomous as possible and endorsing the autonomy of others.

Message:		You know Beth, the more I studied this phenomenon of manipulation communication candy coated in charming or cunningly interjected fear induced jargon, oh let us on for get puffing you up with flattery “your the cream of the crop” con job (Hitler Young talks). I’m just blows away, on how easy it is for good and nice people who’re sucked in to its seductive power (me included at one time). Also the more I study it, the more I see it lurking around every corner and displayed so openly in the marketing of merchandise, services and riddled in government and religious organization. It is so obvious now to see, that it hard to believe that I was so sucked. But in retrospect I know that the victims of these monstrosities’ radars are being smashed in the process of these leaches taking over its host.
