Welcome! This forum is about interpersonal manipulation (especially in its extreme forms) and also about how we are all the hero of our own stories, our own lives.

Highly manipulative relationships and groups include battering relationships, cults, and many others which are more subtle and therefore harder to spot. Being a healthy hero is centered on the opposite -- becoming as autonomous as possible and endorsing the autonomy of others.

Hi Beth!

My mother always tries to "smash me" under those circunstances.
Now I am feeling much stronger, thanks to your effective advices.
I have also noticed that trough the continuation of my healthy atitude, I have been growing stronger
I am feeling a more lucid person since I have been setting myself free.

Observing, just observing, the nature of people is very visible. And fakers will soon make a mistake because it takes more energy to fake than to be sincere.

I hope you have a very nice

Lea
