Welcome to Luke C Jackson's official message board.  This is a great place to ask questions and make suggestions about my writing, and listen to what other people have to say.  I'll try to drop in whenever I can and answer your posts.  One warning is that, in the sections labelled 'The Unclaimed', 'Summer's End' and 'Sleeper', you may find some spoilers; if you want to avoid these, but want to read a bit of the stories themselves, I recommend you check out the pages dedicated to them on my site. And remember: people of all different ages will be showing up here, so please keep your comments clean.

The Unclaimed sequel?

Just wondered if you plan on doing a few more books with the characters of The Unclaimed. I loved them, as did my neighbour (12 years of age). Also think your writing is great - I wish there'd been books like yours when I was younger and searching for a cross between The Famous Five/Trixie Belden and Stephen King.

Re: The Unclaimed sequel?

Thanks for the feedback, Belinda. When I first wrote 'The Unclaimed', I had a few thoughts about possible sequels, since I really enjoyed writing about the characters and wanted to see what might happen to them both individually, and as a group, after the Rossi incident. Since then, I've been really busy writing unrelated novels, and it looks like I'll probably be writing sequels to my upcoming novel 'Sleeper' for the next year or so, meaning that - if I did want to write a sequel to 'The Unclaimed' - it wouldn't be for a while yet. But I'm certainly not ruling it out.

If other people would like to see a sequel to the novel, I'd love to hear from them. They could leave me a message here, including, if they like, any ideas for the kind of mystery that Andy, Jenna and their friends might solve. If I do write a sequel, their idea might end up in there somewhere ...
