Message:   I have to agree with you Sue that opposites just don't do it for me. Whilst it may be true to say that we are working in opposites, I go with the idea that this is a direct reflection of us seeing separation and I for one would much prefer to see integration as opposed to separation, and that is where I am aiming.

If we totally trusted, loved, respected, valued ourselves we would not experience fear.

To me I would have to go with the term unconditional love at the moment. Whilst this term has been criticised not least because it is given in the negative, until we experience love - possibly pure love would be a closer term, also criticised - it conjures up the closest idea of what love means to me.

I'll leave it there for now...
