Cultivate and isolation of a Phage
Hello, Does anyone know how I must cultivate an Phage. I use the bacteria E.coli K12. What are the best conditions to cultivate an Phage? And I want to isolate the DNA from the plaque. Please I hope that anyone can help me further  Mirjam |
