ssDNA or dsDNA?
Hi, I have just started to work with phage in a phage therapy project. I'm caracterizing the phage to be used. I wander how I can know if a phage has single or double strain DNA (ssDNA or dsDNA). Any suggestion? |

Try to digest the nucleic acid with restriction enzymes. RE won't work on ssDNA |
