Hi Bruce. I checked out the Resell camping area today and meet the historical officer. The Navy is letting us use a toilet and shower block in a great spot just a few mintues walk from the beach. The place is lousy with Roos and Dolphins in a semi tropical setting. Any where else and you would pay top dollar for a nice spot. The plan is to meet at Albion PK airport at 9.30am for the HARS aircraft tour on Saturday morning,then lunch and refuel at Albion PK ,as the fuel is cheaper there. If possible a stop at the Albatross air museam is possible on the way to Creswell. Ive planned to be at Creswell a prox 6.00pm. No fires allowed. Sunday morning tour of base and museam.We may have time to check out some dirt roads in the area to the old ST Georges ligth house ruins before heading home, it should be a good run regards Ron |
